Día del Niño Celebration 2025: Board Members Visit Local Elementary Schools

In honor of Día del Niño 2025, board members from the SW 29th Street District Association paid special visits to two local schools—Heronville Elementary and Adelaide Lee Elementary.

The visits were part of an ongoing effort to build stronger connections with local families and celebrate the vibrant youth within the community. Board members delivered treats, shared words of encouragement, and spent time engaging with students and staff in celebration of this meaningful day dedicated to children.

Partnering with our neighborhood schools on Día del Niño is a small but powerful way to show that support. The SW 29th Street District Association is committed to uplifting the next generation through continued school partnerships, cultural events, and community-driven initiatives.
